About these terms
These terms cover appointments with Spray Tans with Siddy, run by Rebekah Sidwell a sole trader offering mobile spray tans across Birmingham and Solihull, and your use of this website. By booking, you agree to these terms. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Booking
- All appointments are booked through Fresha.
- A deposit is taken when you book. How deposits, cancellations and late arrivals work is explained in my cancellation policy.
- Please provide an address so I can attend to provide the service that has been booked.
Prices
- Prices on this website match those in Fresha and include everything you'll pay for that treatment.
- I may change my prices from time to time. The price you pay is the one shown when you booked.
Age
- Clients aged 16 or 17 need a parent or guardian's consent.
- Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at their appointment.
Your health and safety
- Before your first tan, I'll ask about your health, skin and any allergies. Please answer honestly and tell me if anything changes before future appointments.
- If you have sensitive skin or allergies, or it's your first spray tan, I recommend a patch test at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- I may decline or postpone a treatment if I think it isn't safe for you, for example with broken skin, a skin infection or a reaction to a patch test.
Your tan
- Every tan develops differently depending on skin type, prep and aftercare, so please follow my prep and aftercare advice.
- Spray tan can transfer onto clothes and bedding before your first rinse. Wearing loose, dark clothes and using old bedding helps avoid marks.
- If you're unhappy with your tan, message me within 48 hours and I'll do my best to help.
This website
- The information on this website is for general guidance. I keep it as accurate as I can, including prices and opening hours.
- Links to Fresha, WhatsApp and Instagram take you to services run by other companies, under their own terms.
- The photos and text on this website belong to Spray Tans with Siddy or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking.
Responsibility
I carry out every treatment with reasonable care and skill. I'm not responsible for problems caused by health information not being shared with me, or by prep and aftercare advice not being followed. Nothing in these terms limits my responsibility where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you book is the one that applies. Last updated: 21/10/26
